Agreement

By using Rove (https://tryrovestore.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: support@tryrove.app.

The service

Rove provides tools for music professionals to create storefronts, sell products, accept payments via Stripe, and deliver digital files. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

Creators & products

• You represent that you own or are licensed to sell the products and files you upload.
• You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for your storefront content, pricing, taxes, and customer support for your sales.

Payments

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. Creators connect a Stripe Express account. Rove may charge platform fees as described on the Pricing page. Chargebacks, refunds, and Connect compliance follow Stripe’s terms and applicable law.

Buyers

Purchases are between the buyer and the creator. Digital goods may be non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. Access downloads from your Rove library after payment confirms.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with others’ accounts, scrape at scale, or use Rove for fraud or money laundering.

Disclaimer

Rove is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or sales outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rove’s total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid to Rove in the 3 months before the claim or (b) £100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Rove, creators, or buyers. You may stop using Rove at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
