Rove (“we”, “us”) operates the Rove website and web app at https://tryrovestore.com. Contact: support@tryrove.app.

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in when used).
• Creator profile data: storefront name, bio, avatar, social links, country, currency, and public slug.
• Commerce data: products, orders, customers, and delivery records needed to complete sales.
• Payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, and basic usage logs for security and reliability.

How we use data

• To provide storefronts, checkout, payouts, and downloads.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To communicate about purchases, account, and support.
• To improve product reliability and prevent fraud/abuse.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

Processors

We use trusted processors, including Firebase/Google Cloud (auth, database, hosting, storage) and Stripe (payments and Connect payouts). Their processing is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors as needed to run Rove, with creators when you purchase from their storefront (buyer email/name for fulfillment), and when required by law.

Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet legal retention requirements. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@tryrove.app.

Children

Rove is not directed to children under 16. Do not create an account if you are under the applicable age in your country.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
